All vehicle inspection reports are digital products and are delivered electronically via email or available for download through your account on our website. As such, returns are not applicable once the report has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility

Undelivered Reports: If you did not receive the report within the expected delivery time and we are unable to provide it within an additional reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
